Strategy: Create a plan to obtain the foundational education necessary for your industry. If possible, try to find an internship opportunity or a mentor to help you gain hands on experience. Take action and make yourself an asset.

 

Wisdom: You may not have an idea of what it is you want to do as an entrepreneur, there's nothing wrong with that! The sum is so much greater than any of it's parts. Surround yourself with brillant, like- minded people and create your company culture from the start. 

 

Wish: Robert would love to tackle and eliminate the situations in his business that are not aligned with his personal aspirations and goals in a more immediate and efficient manner.
